WordPress Integration

You can connect a WordPress site to Sequenzy with the Sequenzy WordPress plugin. Once connected, Sequenzy can sync WordPress users, receive profile updates, and optionally capture comment opt-ins.

What It Does

  • Sync existing WordPress users during the initial connection
  • Track new registrations and profile updates
  • Optionally capture comment opt-ins
  • Show plugin connection health in Settings -> Integrations

How To Connect

  1. Open Settings -> Integrations in Sequenzy.
  2. Find WordPress and click Install Plugin.
  3. Download the plugin ZIP.
  4. In WordPress, go to Plugins -> Add Plugin -> Upload Plugin, upload the ZIP, and activate it.
  5. Open Settings -> Sequenzy in WordPress.
  6. Click Connect to Sequenzy.
  7. Sign in to Sequenzy, choose the company, and approve the connection.
  8. Return to WordPress and finish the connection if the plugin asks you to confirm.
You need owner or admin access to the selected company to approve the connection.

Managing The Integration

  • The initial sync starts automatically after approval
  • You can reconnect or disconnect the integration from Settings -> Integrations
  • Sequenzy shows whether the plugin is connected and when it was last seen

  • No Gutenberg blocks or shortcode embeds yet
  • No automatic plugin updates yet

  • WooCommerce behavior is part of the separate WooCommerce integration
